What should my incoming mail server be?

Our mail server settings are as follows:

IMAP: mail.zieglercomputing.com 993

POP3: mail.zieglercomputing.com 995

SMTP mail.zieglercomputing.com 465

These settings use TLS and are secure.

Can I use other mail hosts?

Yes! We’re equipped to help point your domain settings to the right location while also protecting you from being labeled as spam when using third party mailers.

Can I enable anonymous FTP access?

For security and to protect the server itself, we do not allow anonymous FTP to be enabled for any accounts.

Can I get my mail using a web browser?

Yes! We support E-mail through the browser, mobile devices, and any conventional E-mail software.

What versions of PHP are installed?

We have the latest version of PHP installed and defaulted for our clients. For security reasons we remove older versions as soon as we can.
